Added two new maps

Level 27

To access other areas of the map, you need to use the lever to activate/deactivate the energy brigde.

Level 28

Walk between areas while avoiding the meteors.

Bugfixes

• Lights not turning off when power goes out.
  
• No power icon not replicating to the client.
