A quick patch to address some pretty important issues that were discovered in the latest big update V1.3 release.

• Fixed crash in load menu when mixing 1.2 and 1.3 saves
  
• Fixed the 'required prestige' value changing between end of race page and campaign hub
  
• Fixed some situations to ensure that the level-up screen shows the correct team in career mode
