Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Ball Boys is now out of Early Access!

And check out the new UI!

Additions:

New UI overhaul that uses fast-blurred backgrounds for clarity.

Fixes:

Ultra-Wide/any display support!
No accidental leaves or settings modifications in-game due to using controller.
