Small update.

Fixed bug with NPCs sometimes spending $0 in businesses. If you own a business, you will see what they spend each day now in daily cash tooltip.
Fixed bug with stress levels at brutal/mild settings
Added more detail to daily cash tooltip
Bars and stoves cannot be placed on second story
Rival saloon will not work without owner
