Restored the recently used items feature for the book. (Thank AlcoholV for reporting again!)
Fixed an issue where the Reading Lover perk did not apply.
Fixed a bug where generating items sometimes ignores probability depending on place types.

+ I fixed possible crashes if you quickly click the book on recently used items. Thank 사장 for posting the issue!
