LK v3.14 Major Input Changes: Kuningas Hologram Ability; Templar Smoke Fixed

Gameplay:

Kuningas added hologram ability
Enemy images are now destroyed if detected
Burner Tank Jettison ability now shows blast radius when triggering
Invincibility cheat added [Page Up]
Mouse input now only clicks on one item under it, instead of clicking on any buttons under the mouse. It also prioritises GUI
Templar smoke timer increased from 5 to 10, general fixes and GUI improvements

GUI

Enemy abilities box moved to top center of screen
Windows added a "move" button

Menus

Maniple tooltips rewritten
Story menu's repair button replaced with toggle button

Please note that the changes made to mouse input are quite significant, so it may have unforeseen consequences. Please let me know if you have any difficulties with clicking on things.
