A new patch is available on Steam, fixing three nasty bugs:

• Fixed planes that could freeze when you load a save. It can still occur when loading and old save file which already had this problem, but now it's only cosmetic and shouldn't repeat again.
  
• Fixed order of unlocked countries in UAC mode. Before, the game could force you to unlock China or Mongolia right after Austria. There also were versy similar errors with Afghanistan, Oman and Nigeria.
  
• Fixed planes that could stick together when you load a save.
