Fix for playing splash video on Linux
Fix for holding the fast-forward button after you lose in the AFTERMALL
Fix for teleport in Dark Tower
Added "Press [E] to continue" at start to communicate how to advance dialog while playing with keyboard.
You can now press Start or Enter to skip DR. KRULL cutscenes
Now you don't have to release and press your dash button again to start running when you enter a new room.
