Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Added option to move camera around while on Ludus management screen. Hold right mouse button to look around.

Removed quit to main menu for now. Will add back later but for now it was causing issues with the fighters. Now quit to desktop to restart.

Other minor gameplay and bugs fixes

Less experience needed to level up
Issues with skill menu not disappearing on window close
