Adjusted monster attributes in high difficulty mode to increase randomness

Other updates:

调整了凶猛宝石的暴击附加机制,凶猛宝石提供的暴击率直接增加技能基础暴击
优化了技能锁敌寻路,加入怪物半径计算,解决会走到怪物位置重叠的问题
优化了战力计算,平衡数值类属性和百分比类属性的权重,提高数值类属性的权重,削弱暴击和爆伤属性的战力权重
优化了关卡默认难度选择,进入游戏与当前离线记录难度一致,进入关卡战斗后与当前关卡难度一致
优化了buff类技能的技能界面显示,增加buff增益、减益、以及Dot的升级信息,以及持续时间信息
优化了技能获得展示界面,现在仅在新解锁技能时显示
优化了选择界面的名称和说明字体大小
修正了召唤物实际技能和界面显示技能不一致的错误
修正了在幻境死亡复活以后,主角不会再被怪攻击的错误
修正了锻造界面升星时,有效增幅属性显示为灰色的错误
修正了部分装备悬浮提示的元素穿透显示为灰色的错误
修正了移动版符文无法卸下的错误
