Skip intro when applying new settings;
Fixed thugs' retreat behaviour;
Resizable window in windowed mode;
Many internal fixes, improvements and optimizations;
Fixed a freeze triggered by fps limiters (enable frameskip if you really need 30 fps);
Fixed erratic window scale triggered by multiple monitors/displays.
