Update KP009500: Improvements and fixes.

This update includes various improvements. Key changes include:

- Provides the Progressnet (in-game web full of secrets and bonuses)
- Provides Progress Browser (and Barari for BarOS)
- Provides in-game modems
- Provides PBOOK a first social network on the Progressnet
- Provides custom fonts for selected systems
