We have implemented a small window that compares the item's description window and the weapon/armor you are currently equipping with the one at the cursor position. The description window is larger because we plan to add multiple enchantments to items in the future.

The next update will include the display of enemies and items on the map and the display of icons in front of items in the inventory.
