SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

BALANCE

Now mobs that use blink step show the preview of the range of the technique.
Reduced how often high level mobs use their techniques.
Reduced mobs walking speed.
Reduced required seeds for sick kid quest.

FIXES

Marines' Fortress rock map is a "walk through player" map so many players can attack the rock.
