Changes:

Added bell sounds when it's mealtime or bedtime.
Reduced income tax to Queen Beatrice from 30% to 20% and income tax to the Emperor from 20% to 10%.

Fixes:

Kingdoms not paying taxes to the Emperor.
Unable to leave a kingdom during the enforced rule.
Villagers constantly end up following the player instead of fulfilling their needs.
