I have made few major changes to the testing version:

• It is possible to play Challenges without Steam connectivity. All offline information will be uploaded when connectivity is OK.
• If you restart a city and finish again, the latest scores will be taken into account (and not only the best one).
• If connectivity is unstable but still up & running, the game will not be hung.
