Hotfix for Pain Party resolving fixing a few issues and re-balancing

Fixes

Fixed players not spawning if two or more players are getting eaten by the same worm in worm worries
Fixed Doomba 9000 achievement

Changes

Level Sickly Swamp has been re-balanced
Level Traffic Terror has been re-balanced
Level Volatile Volcano has been changed to be a bit easier in the end
