Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Patch notes:
1. Multiplayer fix: joined players got server prices after rejoining.
2. Multiplayer fix: research was not replicated between players.
3. Bugfix: feedback form description box was not wrapping text.
4. Balance change: second gel weapon buffed.

PS! Current multiplayer fixes will only affect new games. Games started before the patch will have previous issues. As always, let me know in Discord if you discover any bugs or crashes.
