For some reason, after updating the engine, the steam api dll's went missing, so the achievements wouldn't trigger.
That's fixed now and I hope everything works as expected.
To everyone who didn't get achievements before: the game should've still registered the achievements you got while playing, so they might pop up as soon as you start the game now, because synching with steam is one of the first things the game does.
