Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Heya all :) New changelog:
-Fixed issue with some speech bubble the wrong size
-Fixed some issues with some texts skip
-Fixed a level where the training mode wasn't working
-Fixed music issue where the music didn't launch when selecting a level
-Potential fix for cutscenes blockers
