Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

1. The UI has been updated.

UI of main menu, in game, map, editor has been updated.

The minimap will now rotate.

Action links will now only display for one second when an action is performed.

2. When selecting a unit, click the icon to jump to the corresponding position of the map.

3. Fixed drone movement bug.
