Fixed : Insane number of potions/talismans effect
Fixed : Other minor bugs/typos
In this patch, I tried to fix the bug that you sometimes got insane number of effect wrongly. Since I changed the fundamental codings of Utility items, please check utility item's effect and its behavior a bit carefully from this patch 🙂
