Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Bug fixes:
-Brain boss being invicible sometimes
-no-hit too easy -> shield now count as being hitted

QOL:
-sound effects and music now have independent settings
-adjustment of some buttons
