You can skip channels in Nightmare Tv Mode now

While watching Nightmare TV( the TV on the right side of the main menu) you can now "change the channel" by pressing SPACEBAR when Nightmare TV is playing.

*If you change the channel too many times too fast your PC could explode to be patient with it
* Nightmare TV mode will enable "LensEffects" now
