Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Tempusia is our first game, so it might not be perfect. It is a puzzle platformer that applies a rewinding time mechanic and has a small story waiting to be discovered. Tempusia is now available on Steam with a 15% discount on the first week. I hope you have a great time when playing Tempusia.
