New Features:

- Added City spawns in Ranked, Time, Secret and Training modes
- Added muzzle smoke fx when firing a pistol

Fixes and improvements

- Improved several Fx including pistol laser, smokes etc ...
- Fixed Secret Mode bug where ennemies won't always spawn
- Fixed left hand "pointing at" model that wasn't displaying correctly when left handed mode was activated
