SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Minor updates to keyboard controls:

-- Added ability to move around in overhead view with the up/down/left/right arrow keys

-- Overhead Zoom In/Out remapped from the arrow keys to Z and X keys

-- Overhead Tilt Up/Down remapped to ctrl+Z / ctrl+X

- Added "Trains Arrived" stat in the City Overview screen

- Minor UI bug fixes
