Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Updates in this patch

-Extra souls will now move towards players while standing near.
-Minions type is not determined by level in
-Duels now supports playing against an AI (experimental)

Updates in next patch

-Infinite rift structure will be changed to a more room based challenge as opposed to a wave based challenge
-Bosses and mini bosses will be added to Infinite rifts
