Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Changed the menu text on the title screen as follows to avoid selecting it apologetically
START > NEW GAME
CONTINUE > LOAD GAME

- Added a prominent location for the operation description on the BP allocate screen.
- Fixed a bug where some character icons were wrong on the conversation screen.
- Other minor fixes
