Various smaller bugfixes. The most notable one that trial run ghost cars now work if you run non-US versions of Windows (localization bug).

If you experience weird ghost car behavior, delete them from C:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\LocalLow\ProperlyDecent\BuggyGame\GhostCars
