Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

-Fixed some bugs blocking paths for NPCs
-Fixed some bugs blocking player paths
-Small language support plug-in (Is still being worked on)
-Balance changes
-NEW Boss Rush which will be acquired after a certain point on the overworld
