- new LT (link type): 'depends on', unlocked at level 1
- New AI function: Dependency tree:
- unlocks at level 16,
- visit any node's AI section to generate and see the dependency tree of that node based on neighbouring 'depends on' links
This is the first of many 3.13 releases focused on dependencies, additional functionality will be released in upcoming updates, finished off with a major 3.13 patch when we're done with it.
