Update 0.00.94524:

Adds Stealth Stat to player.
Stealth affects how quickly you are spotted by enemies.
Stealth is decided by what gear your character has equipped.
Default Stealth Value is 50%. (0% = almost instant detection || 100% = undetectable)
Shooting an enemy will still raise AI detection even if Stealth is 100%.
UI fixes.
