Added a new poison effect

Units can now be affected by poison. This effect adds a countdown to the affected unit that ticks down each turn. When the countdown reaches zero, the unit dies.
Some depots below may not display changed files because our bot does not own the specific depot or game.
Game can be donated with a key, by sending a gift, or using curator system.
