All muzzle velocities updated to be nearly 1:1 with real life (40-50% speed increase for basically all bullets)
Damages adjusted

Fix implemented to stop destroying your collectibles when you pick up whatever they are sitting on - Let me know ASAP if you find a murderous build part that eats one of your decorations
VOIP disabled until next tweak
Dedicated server tick rate increased
