- Replaced perhaps our most egregious pieces of placeholder art with original professional portraits that are quite fetching
- This is part of the increased diversity between civs that is coming in future updates

- Added an on-mouseover popup for the glowing red resource icons that mean you have unpaid maintenance on a hex
- Invalid order error message improvements
