Added experimental support for Japanese and Korean font rendering

Showing boss's relationship arrows no longer pauses the game
A few missing business icons were updated
Slight UI tweaks

Bug fix: ambient vehicles glitching at very low framerates
Bug fix: zoomed-out markers showed out-of-date favor icons even when favor was not available
