Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Fixed "running in a circle"
- Fixed location of resources in the buildings
- Fixed location of additional building materials
- Fixed some problems with pathfinding
- Lumberjacks cut only within the territory of the building (including selected trees)
