Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Massive fix implemented for multiplayer inventory bug (fingers crossed!)
- Fixed not being able to pick up build parts that are actually empty
- The MultiPan will definitely despawn now. For sure. 👀
