Host of fixes for multiplayer including:

• Client's player icon now changes
• Binoculars not zooming out again fixed
• Many improvements for spectating
• Players won't go invisible when they use the underwater camera
• Fix to Life Ring having collision
• Clients will now respawn as intended
• Underwater Audio will play for clients
