SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Added rat buddy to item pool properly,
- Changed tesla coil's sprite to be blue
- Fixed shield projector idle animation not playing
- Fixed player shield's raise sound not playing
- Fixed quit building being misaligned on main menu
- Fixed info building bottom having low resolution on main menu
