Various minor bugfixes.

-Tags added to Exterminate Deep One to allow AI preferences to apply
-Events given additional checks to avoid people talking to fish
-Spelling mistakes fixed
-Insanity responsed tweaked to avoid edge cases
-Heroes no longer remove shadow if it's less than 5%
