Fixes for disappearing elements, navigation, migration and more saving

In this update disappearing elements like (floors) should not be present when moving.
Many other systems got improvements as well. List of changes:

disappearing floor is not anymore present for high number of the same element placed
saving for speed
fixes for indicators (on screen markers) and saving them
improved AI navigation, ladders
improved astronauts migration system
