Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- optimization work
- fixed positioning and reward bug in the championship
- changed the algorithm for the appearance of checkpoints in the race
- reduced the amount of traffic in the race
- added rewards for 4th and 5th places in races
