Improvements

Disabled limitation for the player to the axle with a wheelset, so that players would not get stuck under the train in the event of a fall.

Corrected mistakes

Fixed a bug where not all water sources could be filled with water.
Fixed a bug in which the locomotive collapsed with the cars or tore off the cars when moving between the forks.
Fixed a bug where fences in the city would visually disappear in front of the player.
