Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

What's changed:

- Added an option to invert the mouse's Y-axis
- Added an option to remap the Kick control binding
- Decreased minimum and increased maximum optional mouse sensitivity
- Fixed a bug that spawned a rogue crystal and treasure chests in zone 2
- Fixed a bug where '+Armor' would show incorrectly on shops items
- Reduced monster population in zone 1
- Decreased exploding goblin spawn rate in zone 2
