New backgrounds

There are 3 new backgrounds to unlock (hidden by the spoiler tag in case people want to be surprised when they are unlocked in game):

New feature

There is now a setting called 'Automatically autoplay when possible'. When enabled, this will autoplay cards for the user whenever it can (the equivalent of pressing the Autoplay button).
