1) Added a wild horse mount for sale at Merv, and from loot drops and daily gifts
2) Added horse 'footstep' sounds
3) Prevented riding in indoor areas
4) Fixed the bug when equiping arrows for bow ammo
5) Fixed skill trainers so they allow training medium and heavy armour skills
