Outerverse update for 8 January 2022

Hello, one last hotfix for the day, important mostly for new players so if you are already playing, don't feel the need to update!

Fixed an issue where destroying and rebuilding a rocket will keep the blocks on the rocket causing block duplicates and other rocket bugs.
Fixed an issue where the rocket will take you straight into the Rock Titan and you will keep dying and respawning with no way out.
