Fixed Bug #821: emailing binary file or downloading from a custom shop does not preserve allow import flag.
Fixed bug causing reboot not to close the processes on a remote computer.
Fixed bug that allowed the replacement of net.so, init.so and kernel_module.so with non library files, allowing the computer to boot up and allowing remote connections to continue instead of displaying a corrupt file error message.

CodeEditor now remembers the last name and path used for the next time a file is compiled.
